Finally had time to compile another Perch Mix.  I’ve been listening to Seth Lakeman a lot lately, and Fionn Regan even more.  They described Regan as the Austrailian Damien Rice, which intrigued me, but only is heard on a few songs off his album, but that album is amazing none the less.  We’ve also got a few Radiohead covers by JV and David Bazan from Steregum’s great 10th anniversary covers tribute to OK Computer.  David & the Citizens should cheer you up some, hence the reason I put two songs by them in the mix, and we’ve also got Pinback’s new single (which should have been Good to Sea, an amazing song, and which is my myspace profile song…a shame indeed they chose this one but maybe their second single) as well as a new one by Iron & Wine thanks to Music is Art.  Oh, and I had to add that new Andrew Bird song again.  Still can’t get enough of it.  Enjoy this newest Perch Mix and I shall see you soon.
