Animal Collective – Peacebone video!

Youtube has the world premier of Animal Collective’s first single “Peacebone”.  I’ve been listening to their album Strawberry Jam obsessively these past few months.  Their most accessible album yet and my favorite so far.  Love it.  Crank it up to 11 and tell me it’s not one heck of a dance song.

P.S.  The comments on the video are hilarious.  You can’t just drop something experimental like Animal Collective on the main page of youtube with the general public and expect a good reaction.  The video is weird as can be and the song is strange as well.  Only crazy indie people like us truly enjoy it.  But that’s why we’re so cool.

dear kevin,

i was under the impression
that animal collective was being
insanely protective of their new album…
keeping it from being leaked
by encrypting cd’s and strange,
alien security measures being taken…

however, i now find that it has
been available…somewhere?…for
several months in its full form!!!

where can i get it?!
send me a link? eh?
