The Pelican’s Perch

I haven’t said much about this, but I’m heading to Wisconsin with a few friends on a whim since I really haven’t done anything all summer up to this point.  They called me a few days ago asking if I wanted to go, so I thought what the heck, and said yes.  So, unless I find a way to post once I’m there next week, here a short goodbye for now while I’m on “vacation” and don’t miss me too much.  I’ve got a laundry list of post I need to write once I get back, so expect some good stuff.  Until then, here’s some new Matt Pond PA news about their new album Last Light, which I’m personally really excited for.  To promote the new album, they’re pulling a me and recording their new songs acoustic style, one a week, until the album’s done.  Now that’s what I’m talking about.  Smart move indeed.  See you guys in a week!
