I’m Sick!

And I’m talking sicker than I’ve been in a good while. This dang flu bug that attacked Springfield made its way to me. I’ve had it since Monday and couldn’t get out of bed until yesterday, when I went back to work and did manual labor all day and felt like dying.

I’ll try to get back to posting soon, but here my promise to all you bands and promo companies and everyone else I gave the ‘ol “sure I’ll post about you” but never did. Hopefully by next week I’ll be back to feeling better.

There…now you know where I’ve been all this time. I bet you thought I was just being lazy.

1) yes, vinegar and water is gross but it works
2)try garlic. it’ll pound the bug with an extra dose of ‘get the hell out’
3)or i guess you could just eat some vitamin c, have some tea and soup and such. you know, normal remedies.

Sorry to hear you are not well. Sometimes sickness offers an opportunity to slow down and think about stuff that gets lost in the rush of life.

Feel better! (I somehow floated onto your website yesterday and really really dig it. GREAT taste in music - so thanks! Btw -look for Jonna Lee - catchy breezy pop music when your sick.) Cheers from the Bay Area…
