Patrick Ripoll - Disorient
I got an email from Patrick not too long ago asking if I’d like to listen to his new album, and to let me know he’s giving it away free. He belongs to the 001 Collective, which all believe music should be free to everyone, and I’ve been listening to his stuff for the last half hour or so and have been pleasantly surprised. Disorient is his new album and it’s a giant mash-up album similar to Girl Talk if you’re familiar with him. Girl Talk is the top dog when it comes to masterful mash-ups, but Patrick could someday get there if he keeps it up.
He has another album that is his own electronic music that I enjoyed most of that album too. Give the few mp3’s I posted below a listen, then head over to his site and listen to the rest of his music, as well as music from the rest of the 001 Collective.
Grooveshark followed Girl Talk on his Florida tour starting first in Gainesville, then to Orlando, then Tampa, and finally ending in Miami. Grooveshark even saved the Miami show from being cancelled.
