The Pelican’s Perch

Finally all moved in to the new house.  Stuff is still all over my room, but I finally got my internet all hooked up.  I’ll probably be a little slow getting back to posting b/c I’m super busy lately with work, but mostly with the label.  We’ve got the Spacetones cd release in a month and a half.  We’re mixing their album now, and getting the website up and running by then.  Add to that the fact we just brought in an intern and you find me all kinds of busy.  Yes, you heard that right, my tiny record label now has an intern.  Kind of funny when you think about it.  But someone helped me out when I needed an internship for that major, so I’m more than happy to help someone else out myself.  What I’ll have him do is beyond me.

But stick around and keep checking back, as I’ll try to get posting again.  I’ll have a review on the new Weezer album soon, as well as do a “top 5 albums of the moment” post soon.  Until then, sorry about all the non-music at the blog, but I’ll try and change that asap.  See you around.
