They Shoot Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin Don’t They
Phillip and Will from Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin were recently in Austria and the great live video blog “They Shoot Music Don’t They” got them to sit and play a few songs. Most of you know of my love for SSLYBY, as they’re from right here in Springfield where I live and I hung out with them while in Seattle as well, but it’s kind of ironic that I put Pershing, their 2008 release, in my car today and listened to it all day at work since I was really in the mood for it this morning.
They play “Let’s Get Tired” and “Modern Mystery” in these videos and both are quite enjoyable. I kind of wish they played “Heers” or “Some Constellation”, since those are both stellar acoustic songs from Pershing. Check out the videos when you have a chance, and I’m guessing you’ll quickly get sucked in to watching other videos at the blog too since they’re all really good.
