Greenberg Trailer + New LCD Soundsystem

Greenberg is the new film from Noah Baumbach (Squid and the Whale), starring Ben Stiller as a down on his luck forty-something guy looking to start over and reconnect with friends.  Of course, this being a Baumbach film, his luck doesn’t improve much on his journey and he gets humiliated time and time again.  The Squid and the Whale was a great movie, despite its rather depressing look at a family dealing with divorce, and I imagine Greenberg will be more of the same.  Depressing, but in this case fun to watch and uplifting for the most part.

I’m really looking forward to this one when it comes out late March, and am also looking forward to its soundtrack, which features a lot of new tracks by James Murphy, aka LCD Soundsystem.  Check out the trailer and featurette below, as well as the first single from the soundtrack by Murphy called “Oh You (Christmas Blues)”.  (It’s a radio rip with the DJ talking at the very end, but this is just to let you hear it)
